Before the first use of Super-V Videoconference System, the Super-V Client Software must be installed. Click the meeting URL, the Internet Explorer or other web browsers will be open, and then the follow information will appear:
a. Click the Information Bar at the upper page and select Install ActiveX Control (see the below).
b. Click Install in the Internet Explorer Security Alter conversation window.
